HOUSE RULES 

• Shoe Requirement: For your safety, only badminton non-marking shoes are allowed inside the hall. Staff will check upon entry. Improper shoes and/or court stained with marks will result in a $100 fine.
• Players can intermingle and play without mask, but please keep masks on when not playing.
• Rotations with people outside the premises during the session are not allowed.
• We recommend arriving 15 minutes earlier for mandatory shoe check.
• We only accept PayNow for miscellaneous payments. Cash will not be accepted. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to allocate you a different court on the day of play.
• Each session will last for 55 minutes. Last 5 minutes required for ventilation. 
• All bookings are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-amenable, especially under events and circumstances not directly caused by Smash Arena.
  
• You hereby agree to all other Terms & Conditions.
