Shoe Requirement: For your safety, only badminton non-marking shoes are allowed inside the hall. Staff will check upon entry. Improper shoes and/or court stained with marks will result in a $100 fine. We recommend arriving 15 minutes earlier for mandatory shoe check.
Please adhere to maximum headcount capacity on and off court: Standard Court (Max 8 pax), Super Single Court (Max 4 pax).
Rotations with people outside the premises during the session are not allowed.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To ensure a smooth transition between court users, please start to pack up 5 minutes before the end of your session, and exit the hall within 15 minutes after the end of your session.
All bookings are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-amenable, especially under events and circumstances not directly caused by Smash Arena.
We reserve the right to allocate you a different court on the day of play.
Strictly Prohibited: Usage of 2 courts or more for events including but not limited to competitions, corporate events, social events of any kind must be booked through Jackson at 89228465 and/or via email (letsgo@smasharena.sg). Any such event booked via this website hereby gives Smash Arena the right to terminate the event and/or refuse entry to the premise without refund and prior notice. Administrative fee applies.
